Study with Gary Lennon in a relaxed, friendly and supportive atmosphere. In this class students may use the medium and subject matter of their choice. With encouraging, one-on-one instruction techniques, Gary will help students rise to new levels of skill. Students of all artistic abilities are welcome…using pencils, charcoal, pastels, watercolor, or acrylics. This class is for students who have completed “Beginning Art” with Gary.

Class includes a brief history of cartoons and a variety of cartoon formats and topics. Come create your own cartoon in panel or comic book formats. Ponder and produce story boards and practice writing captions and text.    Instructor: John Campbell

Join us as we enjoy three afternoons of “Glow in the Dark” art projects. It will be like no other you have experienced. We will experience some fun and illuminating times using paint, markers ,oil pastels and a few  surprise supplies that will glow and shine under the coolest of lights. If you have a kid who is horse crazy and loves to create art, this is the class for them. Come to artist, Jennifer Hustis’s farm and enjoy an afternoon being inspired by all the animals that live there. She has a bunny, dogs, goats and horses, and one of the horses is the star of her children’s book The Wild Horse Who Loved the Girl. Learn how to draw while enjoying your live models on the farm.

Bring backpack with chair, sketch book, and pencil. If you have other supplies you would like to use please bring them too. Don’t forget a drink and a snack.

Sunday afternoon
