Jewelry Making

Students will be designing Christmas jewelry using beads provided or may add some of their own beads to create a completely original design.  Teacher will be there to provide inspiration and guidance, so it is a wonderful class for all skill levels.  It is also a great time to make a last minute gift.  Students may also bring holiday treats to share with the class. Learn how to use monofilament to make a multi strand necklace.  The multi-colored necklace will go with every outfit and is made up of acrylic and glass beads.  You will also get to make matching earrings.  The class requires dexterity and concentration.  Not recommended for ages under 16 or people with hand or grip issues. Students will learn the art of design placement and the techniques of beginner jewelry making.  Using glass beads and pewter findings we will create a multi strand necklace.  If enrolled at least 10 days in advance, students will have choice of colors. Instructor: Stephanie Carel

Students will learn wire wrapping in this colorful beaded bracelet.  This class takes dexterity and patience but great for the beginner or experienced bead artist.  We will be using pewter findings and jade beads. Instructor: Stephanie Carel
