Artists and those wanting to work on new or old projects in pencil, colored pencil, watercolor, acrylic, tempora and/or pastels are welcome to join Mimi's studio.  She will act as a facilitator to help you accomplish your goals.  This class is unstructured and will allow you a place and time to relax and express yourself.  Mimi will teach techniques and encourage you to become more comfortable working in your medium or exploring a new one.  No oils please.  Bring your own art supplies in the medium of your choice. Students will be using Julia Cameron’s book, “The Artist’s Way, a Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity” and will learn to discover and recover their creative selves.  This class is perfect for anyone who wants their future to be more colorful, more creative, more on track.  Movie director, Martin Scorcese, a student of “The Artist’s Way”, credits this workbook for turning his career around over a decade ago.  Mary Lou Moad, MHR, ATR, received her master’s degree and art therapy training at OU and is credentialed by the American Art Therapy Credentials Board.   13 week class Tuesdays:  6 – 8:00 pm   Tuition:  $234 + book.   Teacher:  Mary Lou Moad
